RedBeard uses locally sourced, seasonal, organic ingredients to create the delicious options listed below for your function or special occasion. Food must be collected from RedBeard Historic Bakery at 38A High St Trentham (down laneway opposite town square).

We will deliver to Daylesford, Kyneton, Woodend, Blackwood and places en route to those towns from Trentham, for a fee of $30. A deposit of $5 per platter/tray will be refunded upon its return. For orders over $300, we can tailor catering options to suit your needs.

	Gourmet sourdough sandwich platter $8 per person; minimum 10 people; maximum 3 choices of fillings per platter. Fillings include your choice of: Chicken Waldorf with fresh dill and homemade mayo Oven roasted vegetables with pesto and hummus Shaved ham, homemade chutney and tasty cheese Turkey, brie and cranberry sauce Greek salad with goat’s feta Salami, pesto, roast capsicum and tasty cheese
	Antipasto platter Small $45 (serves five); large $80 (serves 10). Marinated vegetables, olives, cheeses, Istra cold meats, and vegetable frittata with our sour dough bread
	Fruit platter Small $25 (serves five); large $48 (serves 10). A selection of sliced seasonal fresh fruit
	RedBeard’s sweet selection Small $24 (serves five); large $45 (serves 10) A selection of our delicious, handmade biscuits and Chocolate Walnut Brownie - perfect for morning or afternoon tea.
